Returns Policy

We hope you're happy with purchases however we understand that buying online can be tricky! We do not offer refunds but will exchange or credit on products that are not what you thought they were, as long as they meet our as-new conditions.  Please see below.

As-New Condition

  • Tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Items are unwashed
  • Items are unworn
  • Items that have been embroidered or printed on are not able to be returned or exchanged.


  • Boots must have soles that are unscratched (please wear them on carpet when you're making sure they fit correctly!)

  • Boots must be in as-new condition with no marks or stretching


To organise an exchange on a product purchased from us online, you must contact customer service at or (07) 4743 2406 within 14 days of receiving your item.  We will provide you with our Exchange Form and this is to be returned with the item and proof of purchase to:

A replacement item will not be sent until we have received the item and deemed it to be in As-new Condition as stated above.

For your peace of mind, we recommend that you send your package via an insured method (we recommend Registered Post by Australia Post).


If you wish to return a product purchased from the online store and you don’t want to exchange it, we can offer you a credit voucher to the value of the product only, as per the proof of purchase.  We will not credit the cost of postage. This is to be covered at the customer’s expense.
